A Day in the Life of Our Remote Team

Morning Standup
9:00 AM ISTTeam members from different time zones join our daily standup via Zoom. We share updates, discuss priorities, and align on the day's goals. Each team member has 2-3 minutes to share their focus areas.
Focused Work Time
9:30 AM - 1:00 PMDeep work sessions where team members focus on their individual tasks. We use Slack status to indicate when we're in focus mode. No meetings are scheduled during core focus hours.
Collaboration Hours
2:00 PM - 6:00 PMAfternoon collaboration window when most team members are online. This is when we schedule meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross-team projects. Real-time collaboration happens here.
Async Updates
6:00 PM - 8:00 PMEnd-of-day progress sharing through Slack and project management tools. Team members update their task status, share completed work, and prepare handoffs for the next day.
